Washington (Kavian Press) – A car bomb killed at least 14 people and injured at least 40 others in Al-Bab town near Turkish border according to locals and medics on the field.
According to eye witnesses the bomb went off in a crowed but station near the town controlled by Turkish-backed rebels.
Images shared by locals on social media showed fires and damaged buildings.
The town is close to Aleppo the stronghold of ISIS and the capital of their “caliphate”. The US- backed Kurdish forces captured the city from the group in March last year.
No-one has claimed the responsibility for the attack yet, but there has been numbers of attacks since the ISIS forces were ousted from the city in 2017.
